Beaching on a sandbank in the Wadden Sea
is the ideal way to get to know this unique area. This weekend is suitable for anyone from 6 years old who wants to experience this special phenomena in a friendly family atmosphere. The enchanting Wadden nature is for everyone. Discover the rich life of the Wad and enjoy the silence at night at anchor at sea!

Program

Friday from approx. 19.00 on board in Harlingen, reception and explanation about the ins and outs on board .
Saturday introduction about sailing the Rode Swan. Then we sail to a sandbank whereby everyone can helpt< span>. In the Min the afternoon there is an opportunity to walk on the Wad and enjoy yourself from deck. In the evening we anchor in a quiet place and spend the night at sea.
Sunday morning we sail back to Harlingen. All hands on deck!

We sail about four to five hours a day, the wind and current determine our travel time. There is enough time and space for other activities. There are outdoor toys on board, a large cabinet with games and a ship’s library so that everyone can enjoy themselves.

General

Food, coffee, tea and lemonade are provided by the ship’s cook. Other drinks are available on board for a fee. Unfortunately it is not allowed to bring your own drinks. Stay on board in a 2 or 4 person cabin with bunk beds. All beds are freshly made with fitted sheets, pillows and duvets. The towels are also ready.
